It may surprise you to know that some 75% of people don’t get round to making a valid Will and those that do often  make one that is far too simple to be effective in today’s complex world of taxes.

Of the various taxes Inheritance Tax (IHT) is probably one of the most emotive in place and in the recent past has certainly dominated the press.

Over the past six years we have held many series of succesful seminars dealing just with Inheritance Tax (IHT) Mitigation.

Following feedback from attendees we have decided to expand the subject matters we cover in 2009 to include various other financial topics such as:

We will also be incorporating explanations of the various asset classes in investments and covering risk and reward elements that are so important to feeling comfortable about your savings.

Our seminars are held mostly in conjunction with local Solicitors who know their business very well and they can help you with advice on the construction of correctly worded Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, a variety of Trust schemes that can help many families and all other legal matters..
