Since September we have been rolling out our Seminars and Presentations to Business Owners and HR Managers.
These seminars and presentations look at the new Pensions Bill 2011 and answer some key questions regarding responsibilities as an employer, including;

• Are you ready for any Tax related issues?
• How prepared are you for Auto-enrolment?

Inheritance Tax & Investment Seminars
It may surprise you to know that 61% of people have not made a Will* and those that do often make one that is far too simple to be effective in today’s complex world of taxes. Of the various taxes Inheritance Tax (IHT) is probably one of the most emotive in place and in the recent past has certainly dominated the press.
Over a six year period we held many series of successful seminars dealing just with Inheritance Tax (IHT) Mitigation. Following feedback from attendees we decided to expand the subject matters we covered to include various other financial topics such as:
• Making the most of Investments in the current economic climate.
• Tapping into the value of your Property
• Retirement Options
We also incorporated explanations of the various asset classes in investments and covering risk and reward elements that are so important to feeling comfortable about your savings.
Our seminars are held mostly in conjunction with local Solicitors who can help with advice on the construction of correctly worded Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, a variety of Trust schemes that can help many families and all other legal matters.
